Fredericks is an Islington institution, family-run since 1969 and serving exceptional modern European cuisine. In the ultra-competitive London restaurant scene, Frederick’s understand the importance of creating discerning awareness amongst diners, regardless of having a long-standing and loyal clientele.
We were commissioned to engage this audience through various channels including social media, email and telemarketing. We have enhanced this communication with the design of a fresh, contemporary and compelling new website.
It’s crucial for Frederick’s to have all channels open and available for bookings, customer service and to promote the restaurant. We manage all the social media communication and content, making sure social media adds genuine value.
What we have created though is an intelligent and informative programme of email that gently reminds customers of happenings at the restaurant, which they love, they don’t wont to be bombarded by pointless communication. We’ve achieved regular open rates of over 20%.
